Your resposibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers while building long-term, trust-based relationships in the industrial sector in Hungary
- Support and further develop existing key accounts in close cooperation with the sales team
- Take responsibility for achieving sales and growth targets within the assigned customer portfolio
- Analyze market and industry trends to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Product Management and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are met in the best possible way
- Conduct negotiations at various decision-making levels and close contracts
- Continuously monitor the market and competitive landscape to identify innovative solutions and new business opportunities
- Attend trade fairs and, if required, take responsibility for organizing and managing company booths as stand manager
Ihr Profil
Your profile
- Residence in Budapest/Hungary and strong market and customer knowledge in the Hungarian B2B environment
- Successfully completed university degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical discipline, paired with a strong interest and affinity for the field
- Several years of experience in key account management or technical sales, ideally involving technical products or industrial components
- Business fluent in Hungarian and very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
- Proven track-record in establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and in achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills across various hierarchical levels
- Analytical capabilities to interpret market and sales data
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to travel regularly within Hungary and occasionally to Germany or other countries
- Interest in taking on overall responsibility in the future
